This series of windows are in a Queen Anne Styled house. The home was constructed around 1915 and is architecturally perfect in form. This project was drawn out over a couple of years because of the ongoing restoration of the structure.
The beveled window resides in the downstairs living room. The border glass is Kokomo #246 NLL ripple. The small circles in the four corners are engraved in the shape of a rosette. The two beveled borders are 3/4" wide and are termed peak bevels. The background glass is Kokomo #18L smooth catspaw. The glass in the upper oval is #246 NLL smooth catspaw. The beveled border surrounding the oval is a tapered peak bevel which starts off at the top 3/4" in width and ends up at the bottom being 1 1/4". The jewel under the oval is peaked and tapered, the beveled surface is wider on the top than the bottom, and all beveled surfaces meet at a point. I have seen some tiffany jewels that were cast to form a bullet like surface. All the cabashons, between the grid quarry, are different colors. There is no pattern to their placement in the design. If you follow the beveled borders around the window you will find they traverse over and under each other.
