Scaling Shift is the name this creation received. The Fisher streaky opaq was cut and re-assembled in such a way that it resembled the skin of a reptile. A gentleman who worked for me, Gayland Paul Lucas, tripped upon the technique and I have used it now in several commissions. The border is done on beveled glue chip and the irregular shapes are beveled on clear. The window is assembled with a combination of copper and brass caimes.
